Info: Vic Martin, born in Australia in 1954, decided at age 27 to go to America to snow ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Little did he know that he would live there for the next 28 years. If you talk to Vic you will often hear him talk about his apprenticeship, which he started at age seventeen. In Australia, the twelfth graders had a choice of going to what we call trade school. Vic specialized in building houses. After he came to America he got his General Contractors License and ended up specializing in garage doors for million dollar custom homes. Throughout the years Vic has bought and sold properties for his personal use. After buying condos, land, houses, commercial buildings and his 21.45 acre ranch in Bear Valley Springs, he decided to put his knowledge and passion into becoming a real estate agent. "My wife and I find these amazing deals and together we make money." Vic said.
